Israel imposes new travel restrictions as coronavirus spreads



Effective immediately, any citizen returning to Israel will be forced to self-quarantine for a period of 14 days and, starting Thursday, the new rule will apply to all visiting tourists as well; Trey Yingst reports from Tel Aviv.
