Maryland man, stepdaughter charged in killing arrested near US-Mexico border: cops



A Maryland man and his stepdaughter who have been charged with killing the man's wife last year were arrested Sunday morning at the U.S.-Mexico border while trying to flee the country, Baltimore police said.
